Robert Thomas II better known as Rob Tz was born on April 26th, 1984 in Waterloo, Iowa. At a young age little Rob took a very noticeable interest in music, that by the age of 5 he was taking drum lessons and was good enough to play for offering at his Grandfathers church. This was just the beginning. At the very young age of 9, he was playing the triple in a local Christian drill team and writing his own raps. While in middle school his musical focus took a turn from instrumental music to writing and production. High school was no different as he progressed with his drumming, writing, production, and leadership skills. Immediately after high school he joined the United States air force where he was the lead drummer for every base he was stationed at. He went on to play for a number of local and national recording artist and bands such as William Murphy, Juanita Bynum, Crystal Aiken, Tyree and Hearts of Worship, Dotsero, Jonathan Bryant and Chase and the Dream, just to name a few. Robert Thomas’ goal as a musician, performer, producer, writer and teacher is to aspire to deliver excellence to ensure total fulfillment of the obligated goal.
